Show the block number on objectives on both the "view deck" and "edit deck" screens #72

This is found on the block property of both card_block and card entities. Should be very easy to display this and would add a lot of value for folks who organize their collection by this number (like me!)

This is done and will go out with the release of v0.2.0.
