Fix bug with environ #23

There's a bug with environ. Program cannot see .env file for some reasons. I changed location of the file and also changed some settings. Now it's working.

Please apply this onto master keeping in mind the need of writing proper commit description. And then:

[x] rebase all other branches on top of master
