Add all files from list in #13. Let me know if something wrong. Also add some random people to reviewers as you asked including igorkruglyak. Or would it better to add some specific persons?

Close #13 if pass review.

Read about issue closing keywords in GitHub docs and use one of those in the PR description. Review requests look ok but I'd add folks who were recently active on gitter

Can't add @darklord671 and @ZVitaliy from gitter chat they are not listed among reviewers for some reason.

It's okay to just ping them for now: you all get invited to the org only when it's needed for a certain task.
