need help millig my model

Hi everybody,

I'm a newbie to HeeksCAD/CNC. I want to ask you guys about a milling task i 
want to do. I didn't find the best way using heekscnc.
I tried adaptive roughing but didn't get any useful results.
The piece i want to mill is attached.
The problem is i want to mill out only the concave 3D-Shape. 
When i use zigzag on the whole solid i get a very big ans sloooow program.
So i want to mill out the circular contour(G2/3) than the rest.

I had to machine a part a bit like this, yesterday. Here is how I did it. See 
picture. I selected the square and circle sketch for pocketing. Notice the 
negative material allowance, to make it cut outside the shape.
