Force Close after disabling #5

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open GV Callback (After it has been used successfully, fantastic!)
2. De-select "Use GV Callback"
3. Close the app with the back button

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I would expect to go back to the Home screen where I cam from.
It sort of does but the screen is frozen and eventually it Force Closes

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
gvcallback 0.2 on Nexus One Android 2.1-update1
