stuck in upgrade screen when no upgrade is available #587

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Played Village, then Smithy, then Mine
2.Selected Copper, pressed upgrade
3.There were no silver left and I could not get out of upgrade screen

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The expected outcome was to either NOT be able to upgrade copper to silver 
since silver was gone...OR...to be able to back out/cancel upgrade card

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Android
Androminion 4.01

Same problem, different cards:
1. Played Governor.
2. Selected Upgrade option.
3. Chose to upgrade Curse to a cost 2 cards.
4. Estate was only cost 2 card, and there were no Estates left; could not get 
out of upgrade option.

Expected output is to skip "Select a card from the table..." option, as there 
are no appropriate cards on the table.

Using Android 4.3, Androminion 4.01

As above with the 'Remodel' card.

1. Played Remodel card
2. Trashed a Fortress card
3. Selected last Duchy to upgrade to (only 5 cost card available)
4. Trash Fortress card again
5. Asks you to select a card with 5 cost, unable to continue.

Re #2, remodel is "...Gain a card costing /up to/ 2 Coins more than the trashed 
card." So 4 and 6 point cards were available. I'm guessing you probably meant 
remake. Indeed, I have encountered this bug with remake.

Um, come to think of it, the original bug report is bogus. Mine allows you to 
upgrade copper to copper. Indeed you can mine a platinum into a copper if you 
like. Got to take those cards literally.

As Ken said the original bug report and #2 are invalid.
#1 is ok in Androminion version 5.01.
