Taxman Potion blind, allows Copper -> Philosopher's Stone

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Play Taxman
2. Trash copper
3. Choose and gain Philosopher's Stone

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Potion cost shall be considered thus the above should be impossible. 

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
r857 Multiplayer

Please provide any additional information below.
(I remember a similar bug ages ago with Mine, I guess that was fixed).
