File encoding is incorrectly detected as UTF-8 Non-printable characters exist that breaks JSON parsing

can you load the files into excel and re-export to fix it?

yes - but I want to make sure @bhaveshmjain knows about this so he can fix 'at the source'. I see now that the Trademark and Registered characters are the problem. Excel appears to save in a UTF-8 'variant'
