For anyone intending to inspect changes, it appears to be forked from https://github.com/riscv/riscv-openocd/tree/cc0ecfb6d5b939bd109ea84b07b5eab3cdf80316
From the changes it does not seem to be ready to merge upstream, it's littered with special cases only for wch wlink, and some things seem to be not fully implemented.
