based on my closed issue , i propose the change to the read me to clarify for future users.

Your suggestion is not quite right, because that phrase was referring to the script setup.py, not giving an instruction to run it there.

Instead, I've rewritten the installation section to go into much more detail at commit 1c6914afd1347a949d3a666f4aa4ad03d22db2ba; I hope this clarifies things.
