[Feature] Add refresh pings #128

Hopefully resolves #80 and #127

While this feature seems useful and appears to work as expected, it would be nice to suppress the constant logging every time it pings (refreshes) the accessories. Makes the logging excessive and difficult to spot any other problems after the server has been running for awhile.
