Arabic is listed on supported languages, but didn't show in my website, also on WP plugins center

Hello, i noticed that Arabic is listed on supported languages here: https://kpumuk.info/projects/wordpress-plugins/codecolorer/

but in Wordpress plugins says it is not translated:

WordPress is kind of forcing plugin developers to switch to their new translation engine - https://translate.wordpress.org/locale/ar/default/wp-plugins/codecolorer

There is a translation, but in order to show up, it needs to pass 90%, and I can't approve the suggestions, since I am not a native speaker (doh!)

If you speak arabic - I can ask them to make you a translator for the project, so you can approve the strings, and have your name listed on https://translate.wordpress.org/projects/wp-plugins/codecolorer/contributors page :-P

That's the thing, the rules are complicated.

1. I can ask WordPress core team to review the strings, but the ones in other languages sit there unapproved for months now.
2. I can ask them to make you a translation editor, and you can translate and approve, and it will be automatically packaged and released. This usually does not take long (the approval)
3. I can't do anything (!) to the locales I don't speak.
