Add truncate_on_natural_separator to the configuration template #286

I just realized my mistake. I have added the documentation, but due to copy-paste error, title_tag_attributes configuration was added twice. Would you mind moving your addition to replace the second # config.title_tag_attributes = {} on lines 15-16?
