Participant 242: Cannot access any surveys including burst surveys #291

Describe the bug Participant 242 is currently in her burst week and states that when she tries to access the burst survey by clicking on her notification it just takes her to the dashboard. The participants also states that this has been happening when they try to access any of the other surveys like morning surveys or weekly reflections. I had them try deleting and reinstalling the app but that did not work. I also sent the participant a test notification and they could not open that either; it just took them straight to the dashboard. I am going to have them try clearing the cache deleting the app and reinstalling to see if that changes anything.

Hi Rebecca,

Yes, see if reinstalling completely helps. They should enable notifications when they reinstall as part of that first set of interactions. Let us know if that fixes it.
