Added a link to a post I created on reddit that documents some possible fixes for the iPad 5,X series whilst Luca [kpwn] works on the fixes when possible. This should stop annoying issues being created as frequently. If it isn't needed please close. Thanks.

Don't know it it worth entering in the ReadMe.Md really but it could allow people with issues on iPad 5,X (at least some minor issues) find answers without filling the Issues section which is for code only. I only document fixing cydia and potential success rate improval but due to owning an iPad Air 2 and encountering a lot of issues myself I don't know if it something people might want to see whilst Luca works on a fix.
