Download link is broken #39

The installation instructions ask you to do a wget from https://hk.heroku.com/hk.gz, but that URL is 404.

You're right! I apologize, we've been working on the distribution server and had to take down the binary for the moment. This tool is still very early in development and I honestly thought no one would try to download it yet!

I added a note to the page saying that it's not ready for binary installation yet. Sorry, that's probably not the way you wanted this issue to be resolved!

For now, if you have a Go development environment, you can install hk with go get github.com/kr/hk.
