This ist from the original repo, since you said that that one was working for you ;) Can you check those and compare with the ones in communication.h in this repo?
So there can be multiple reasons for that: 1, wrong can IDs for your heatpump. You can compile with Debug logs. That will show if anything is received at all 2, Bad cable .. only if you changed sth. 3, Missing can IDs in wp_base.yaml or common.yaml
