Automatically get and build dependencies on macOS #2

For now dependencies are:

MongoDB client libs
Date lib (https://github.com/HowardHinnant/date)
Google Test
ChaiScript

One huge dependency is of course Qt (and Qt Creator), however it is out of scope of this issue and will be treated as part of the pre-requisite development environment.
