Cannot call postgremql4.dll::pmql_connect #2

Hi,

I found this project very interesting, so I wanted to give it a try. When load the EA to a chart, I get an error that says Cannot load postgremql4.dll [126] followed by a Cannot call postgremql4.dll::pmql_connect, postgremql4.dll is not loaded and the EA been removed.

How can I solve this?

i installed all these packages (ignore MS Update Health Tool) and now its working for me
