latest release (v2.8.4) will always download the older 2.8.3 version #266

Describe the bug Download of 2.8.4 is wrong version

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to latest release '[https://github.com/kra-mo/cartridges/releases/tag/v2.8.4]'
  2. Click on '[Cartridges.Setup.exe] -> (https://github.com/kra-mo/cartridges/releases/download/v2.8.4/Cartridges.Setup.exe'
  3. Installation and version check will show me version 2.8.3

Expected behavior Download the correct 2.8.4 version

Ah, I forgot to change the version number. It is actually the correct release, it just doesn't show as that.

thx, version 2.8.5 is ok but winget shows 2.84 as latest version

winget needs to be updated and approved manually. It takes time.
