User is connected with worker
Worker greets user and immediately launches into reading
Worker is notified if user has hung up
Worker may remain on the line or hang up after reading
Worker logs call after completion with some very easy mechanism
Clocking in and out can be done by sending a text? Calling a number?
Automatic clock out after delay? Worker reminder text every n minutes? Respond to text to remain in queue?
Log call by texting back? And worker is also prompted to record log after call?
