Like the dial a poem or dial a joke lines, but a live human reading.

Worker joins queue with some very easy mechanism Worker receives instructions Worker leaves queue with some very easy mechanism

While at least one worker is in queue: Live dial-a-poem is offered as a menu item for all applicable menus

When user chooses menu item: User hears notification, then ringing User is connected with worker Worker greets user and immediately launches into reading Worker is notified if user has hung up Worker may remain on the line or hang up after reading Worker logs call after completion with some very easy mechanism

Clocking in and out can be done by sending a text? Calling a number? Automatic clock out after delay? Worker reminder text every n minutes? Respond to text to remain in queue? Log call by texting back? And worker is also prompted to record log after call?

Record all calls. Do we need to notify the user?
