pd doesn't connect to arduino-midi controller anymore on startup #102

Since the last update the autoconnecting feature is somewhat gone...

There are two possibilites I see for autoconnect:

writing udev rules that trigger aconnect.
using qjackctl to manage patching on a higher level.

I think I will go for qjackctl, hope it will be mure robust. This will just require starting qjackctl before puredata (coud be even after, won't matter I suppose) and editing the patchbay xml. This could lead us to autoconnecting the mpkMini for adminmode!

Qjackctl and a patchbay did it. Downside is, we need the GUI on all the time. This costs boot time...
