create install file for utzmachine #16

there are some file changes needed on first install, this would be:

/etc/rc.local -> autostart /usr/bin/utz -> symbolic link to utz.sh

puredata could be installed also.

the proftpd config file plus the adding of the dj user and making the right filepermissions would need to be added too.

/etc/network/interfaces was changed to allow dhcp and p2p-lan.

the soundcard needed some changes in asound.

i think there is a lower priority for this additional linux files. although this should be done also, a script that let's you automatically copy (i.e. install) your working tree on the raspberry is more important.
