Adds a New Module screen which allows new modules to be created by a templating process. The option is available from the side-navigation menu and allows modules to be created directly in local repositories, or as downloadable zip files.
There are some limitations in functionality at present, e.g.
There is no mechanism to parse / import existing modules back into the templating screen
Some sections, such as parameter lists, are entered in yaml format - this can be improved be both i) adding linters to check formatting, and ii) expansion to support a fully-featured parameter editor, allowing inclusion of automatic docstring entries (for example).
