Rev2.3: Allow at most 10 episodes, instead of 8. #3

I don't think we can change the spec so easily in this case. The author field wasn't particularly critical so I didn't mind that change - it's ultimately cosmetic. But here, if the spec now says 10 episodes are supported, suddenly any port (or version of a port) that purports to support UMAPINFO but only at 8 episodes will no longer support the spec in a pretty critical aspect.

If basically every implementation of umapinfo actually supports 10 episodes, I could potentially see correcting the spec since it's a de facto error, but I would need more information than just gz and dsda's fault tolerance.
