Make plugin independent (Insertion) #1

The post insert function assumes beerlog ( https://github.com/madasha/beerlog / https://github.com/kraftbj/beerlog ) is installed for the CPT.

Need to add 3rd party function and filters so the plugin can add data into 'post'.

Progress made in cf2f5ea4901c9fb0ff2c882bb20a63b5a8c5ae05 . Need to move over admin metaboxes, etc.
