Adds count classes and converts to genesis_markup #152

Adds enews-{$field_count}-field(s) class to the main enews div for easier custom theming.

Converts echoing raw HTML to use genesis_markup() where applicable.

If you don't want the extra classes feel free to remove them and I'll add them via our theme.

Sorry about the delay! I've tagged everything up so we're good for a 2.2.0 launch. Just going to write up a quick blog post, then publish it this evening.
