Still waiting on Core to offer this :)
WP_LANG_DIR (wp-content/languages by default) / genesis-enews-extended/en_GB.mo is where it will be looked for if you allow the defaults to persist when loading plugin text domain.
I was meaning for the fancy translation-on-demand without needing to include them in the ZIP option.
That's where the translation-on-demand files will save, but if you tell your users to also place their locally translated files there, then it will look for them there automatically in the meantime.

Ah, I see my comments pretty much = #88.
It's all magically done. None of the languages present in the plugin itself are auto-downloaded, so no action to take at this time. Will keep an eye on it for the future.
Once WP.org has support/instructions on where to place language files, add a new language via new process and verify everything is set correctly.
