Describe the bug

The MSS305 device does not have Power/Energy Sensors available in Home Assistant. I expected to see sensors for monitoring power usage and energy consumption, but these sensors are missing from the integration.

Hello @maxhaedicke, I guess you're not wrong...likely this device exposes the energy data on a new message format which meross_lan is unable to detect/parse.

If you could share a 'Download diagnostics' for the device I'll try having a look at it so to inspect which (if any) new commands are available for the device or if there's something else suspicious.

It might be necessary to collect a 'diagnostic trace' (more advanced feature embedded in meross_lan about querying and tracing the device) but as for now we could start with the simpler 'Download diagnostics' from the HA UI

Hello @maxhaedicke, There should be some errors during initialization of the device (so that it is only partially initialized) since, by the look of the trace, your mss305 should be easily detected with energy/power data too, but your 'device instance' is totally missing support for this.

I see you're on an old release (meross_lan 5.0.4) so I suggest you to update to the latest and see if it fixes it.

At any rate, the trace reports '0' energy consumption for the past days so I might guess there's also a problem with the device itself. This kind of issue is pretty common on Meross metering devices and it usually has to do with the device having an incorrect timezone set or the device being unable to query some 'outside' NTP servers in order to get a reliable time to work with.
