Initial PR for RPC support for KrakenD.

We will review this and get back to you. We have a lot of issues to review so that it might take a while. I've seen that the AMQP package has been upgraded, so we will need to check this does not have unwanted side-effects as well. Thank you for your patience.

@barbacar Not really. This is an initial PR on a feature with no priority. It will take time.
