Hi, after a couple of trials and getting stuck with a stream test, I was able to update the project to Hapi 15. It is probably I still left missing something, so a review would be useful. At least the test suit is passing

Thanks for the PR! Honestly, this looks good so far. Will continue to review and if all things are good.. we can publish a major update.
