Rendering engine is globally disabled by swaggerize-express, making it impossible to use express.render.

I'm fine with this but ultimately I'd like to disable by default but allow express overrides as a configuration option (to re-enable, etc).

This will be resolved in https://github.com/krakenjs/swaggerize-express/pull/79 so, if no objection, closing.
