Good day. It is planned to update the component for PHP? Or apcu-bc not support?

some changes in APCu API make this component dead and unsupported for PHP 8

BTW, it was a "compact" layer to allow to run legacy app... (designed for APC, so for PHP < 5.4) on PHP 7....

Seriously, do you really still use such old app, and try to run it on PHP 8 ?

Really time to migrate to apcu
