start_time in apcu_cache_info() #488

php 8.2.5 apcu 5.1.22 nginx + php-fpm

a call to apcu_cache_info() returns 18281680 for start_time

I believe this has already been fixed by https://github.com/krakjoe/apcu/commit/8c05c515b698d5f95555a6afdc00846405d50b40, but there hasn't been a release since then.
