DLL for PHP 8.3 (Windows) missing #499

Is there no APCu release for Windows for PHP v8.3? (x64, ts) I only see the Linux release but no Windows release? Thanks in advance!

PHP 8.3 builds are now available on https://github.com/krakjoe/apcu/releases/tag/v5.1.23.
