Remove licensing from the generated repo #2

The template repo is licensed under MIT. But the intention of this project is let you choose which license you want to adopt.

So the initial files and would be generated without copyright headers and the LICENSE file would not be created.

Once the new repo is created, the copywrite utility let you generate the licensing material that fits your needs.
