Add support for bundling JRE #20

This is a feature request :)

To help apps get accepted into the Mac App Store and run as standalone provide 
an option to bundle the JRE similar to how the Oracle Java App Bundler does.

I will look into it. Also, the old style way no longer works on mavericks as 
JavaApplicationStub only looks for apple versions of java and can't see the 
oracle version.

I'd also be _very_ interested in both: jre bundling and mavericks support.

Thanks for the great work!

P.S. it may be a good idea to look into the plist of the Ensemble app the 
Oracle ships via the app store since that one is running fine.
