Moved My Documents #4

If the My Documents location has been moved to another location/drive then the 
Settings file won't save/load. This has only be identified on one machine and 
hasn't been looked into yet.

This is fixed in 2.7 by allowing the user to specify where the Settings file is 
saved/loaded from. It still defaults to the My Documents folder.
