Need to disable adding any values into my run configuration. #95

I just updated to 7.0.162.000.4 and it automatically added directives into my run configuration files. I work in a shared run-configuration environment where these files are checked into GIT and shared with a team. I can't be adding directives for a specific application plug-in into these shared files.

How can I disable this feature?
