Describe the solution you'd like

Manipulate UUID / allow action regarding UUDI:

• transform selected integer to UUID
• transform selected UUID to integer
• generate random UUID for each caret
• generate same UUID for each caret
• ...

Here a plugin who have some interesting features about UUID but not the transform to int one: https://plugins.jetbrains.com/plugin/8320-uuid-generator

Additional context Example, select some UUID:

"convert them to int"
