Cannot build latest code #12

I am trying to build the latest version of the code and I'm running into missing dependency issues. I've added jdom-1.1.3, openapi-7.0.3, extensions-7.0.3, and annotations-7.0.3 to my project but still several things are missing that I cannot seem to find anywhere.

Two examples of missing dependencies (I can provide a full list if necessary) are:

com.intellij.debugger.impl.DebuggerManagerImpl com.intellij.debugger.impl.GenericDebuggerRunner

I wanted to try to build from source so I could get this plugin running in IntelliJ 13 and submit a pull request. As it stands when I try to add it to IntelliJ 13 I get a message about it being incompatible (see below).

How can I help to get this running in IntelliJ 13?
