Increasing API.numOfAddedRules in this place brings a lot more problems then it tries to solve. In this commit I added the fix on the right place.

P.S. thanks for the contribution, but I'll reject this pull request.

Try the new 0.3.27. I hope that finally solves the problems with @font-face.
