Hi Mike,

Here is the review article link by Subramanian I et al, 2019 with multi-omics method names. Consult Figure 1.

Paper name and link: Multi-omics Data Integration, Interpretation, and Its Application.

Let me know what you think and how you want to use the names of these methods for any over or under-representation search or make top 5/6 method names that we can directly name in the section of the text int the MS where I have named SNF, MOFA, etc. Currently, I have added a line about naming their popularity based on application, user support, and citation but your analysis and figure can be added or we can use it as a justification later if reviewers question us.

@krassowski Alternately we can cite this GitHub repo from Mike Love and take the methods mentioned here.
