Fetch data from DOI registers and Web of Science or similar #5

This can provide us with citations information (+ for some articles we have references lists). This can be used to look for sub-modules in the citations network, possibly easily isolating some of similar methods groups.

It will also provide more accurate dates for some of the publications.

The related papers can be also fetched from Entrez via elink (e.g. https://eutils.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/entrez/eutils/elink.fcgi?dbfrom=pubmed&db=pubmed&id=20210808&cmd=neighbor_score) endpoint
