Pipeline resource deletion doesn't delete pipeline on Azure DevOps #29

Describe the bug When deleting Pipeline resource, the pipeline on Azure DevOps still exists.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Create a Pipeline resource
  2. Delete the Piepeline resource created in step 1

Expected behavior Azure DevOps Pipeline is deleted.
