Tutorial for using DOKS as control plane #12

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

I would like to add a tutorial for using digital ocean kubernetes as control plane -- ie, installing krateo onto Digital Ocean Kubernetes, start to finish.

Describe the solution you'd like

What it says on the box: Krateo on DOKS, start to finish. Maybe add a few use cases for creating an environment for a dev team deploying into other clusters in DOKS

Describe alternatives you've considered

Deployment scenario with manual, Terraform and Ansible.

Additional context

This is mostly just so I can contribute to the documentation in some way :)

Just to be clear -- I'm happy to work on this myself, I'll just need some help in addressing some issues blocking me later. Can I get a "go/nogo" from the maintainers 🙏🏽
