studio Library crashes when i click on shelf button every time #267

ive installed the zip file. Extracted contents.Copied Mel script to maya and I get a shelf button. When I press it maya crashes every time.

Any help. Using Maya 2019

I have the same problem and I need to be able to access the animations that I have in the library. Any help. Using Maya 2018 and 2017

What OS are you using? What Studio Library version are you using? Are you using a Maya student version?

Hi krathjen, I am Windows 10 Maya 2017 and 2018 full version. And the lastest version of Studio Library.

I get this message in the script window when it closes instantly after executing it

studiolibrary.library : No path set for reading the data from disc.

I hope you can help me with a solution Cheers

Hello! Same problem here. Using Maya 2019 full version. Windows 10. Latest version of studio library.

Updating Maya or reinstalling didnt make a difference.

I am teaching animation with Maya to my class and one of the students working remotely has had issues with one PC. Maya 2019, with Studio Library on a shelf. When run it crashes Maya every time. On another PC it was fine.

Microsoft surface pro 7 Windows 10 version 1903 OS build 18362.1139 Quad-core 10th Gen, Intel Core i5-1035G4 CPU @ 1.10GHz, 8GB RAM Intel Iris Plus GPU

Any idea what may be causing this? I wonder if it is a combination of intel GPU and other factors.

Hi, Sorry to reopen this thread, but did you find a solution? I am having the same issue here, using Maya 2020.3 full version, and every time I click on the shelf to install, it crashes my maya. And I really need it to work remotely :/ I forgot to add that I am too using a Microsoft Surface pro 7 like @infin8eye Thanks!
