maya viewports turning blck #359

Hi,

I'm working in Maya 2020.4 and have used the studio Library tool for years without any problem. However recently I've come across an issue where my Maya viewports will turn black if I open studio Library and click anything. It doesn't always happen immediately but it does happen a lot. The only way to resolve this is to restart Maya which is not ideal. My PC also has an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3080 card because to me it looks like a graphics issue. Do you have any suggestions?

We have the same issue, Maya 2020.4 in our case it happens with our AMD RX 6700XT cards. We are using windows 11 and studio library 2.7.1 It tends to happen when a screen is resized.

Edit: Updating to 2.9.11 did not work for us.
