Studio Library Folder Issue #434

Hello, I'm new to using the studio library plugin and the first issue that comes up is that I can't create any folders at all. I've tried drag and drop on Maya 2020 and manually setting up the path on my drive. So far I've also tried the newest version (2.9.11) and a prior version that seemed to work for someone else (2.6.3). All out of ideas though. Any help is appreciated.
