What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open this link:
http://www.google.com/webfonts#ChoosePlace:select/Collection:Russo+One|Open+Sans
|PT+Mono|Marmelad|Ubuntu+Condensed|Philosopher|PT+Sans+Narrow|Open+Sans+Condense
d:300|PT+Sans|Ubuntu+Mono|Andika|Jura|Play|Istok+Web|Tenor+Sans|Ubuntu|Cuprum|PT
+Sans+Caption|Didact+Gothic|Anonymous+Pro
2. Try to download a collection in a zip file
3. Unpack it and compare contents

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected - collection of 20 fonts.
Instead I get only 12 folders:
Andika
Anonymous_Pro
Cuprum
Didact_Gothic
Istok_Web
Jura
Marmelad
Open_Sans
Open_Sans_Condensed
PT_Mono
PT_Sans
PT_Sans_Caption

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
I tried it with Safari 5.1.5 and Firefox 12.0 on Mac OS X Lion and with Firefox
12.0 and IE 9.0.8112 on Windows 7. In every case I just get the same fonts.zip
sized 5 036 072 bytes with 12 fonts folder inside. (file attached)

Please provide any additional information below.

In fact there is a 10Mb limit on the size of the download. Please make a set of
smaller collections that each download :)

I think that there should be some message about it. I spend half a day trying
to download those fonts and to resolve this issue by testing different
computers, browsers, cleaning the cache and cookies, rebooting and so on.

And this message shouldn't be somewhere deep in the FAQ.
Best of all is to inform user directly at the download pop-up: "No, you cannot
download all this stuff at once. Split it"
